As an Asian American and full-time working mom, I understand what it means to shoulder the burden - cultural expectations, family obligations, and the pressure to get it all right while trying not to lose yourself in the process. As a school counselor for 11+ years, I've support teens through academic pressures, social struggles, and self-doubt. Now, as a therapist, I bring that same understanding and expertise to clients facing anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, and communication difficulties.
