My approach to counseling is to provide a safe, warm, and positive space to allow my clients to live healthy, happy, and productive lives. I utilize individual, person centered, mindfulness and cognitive therapy to achieve the goals we establish together. I counsel a diverse group of adolescents, teens, and adults.
