I approach each session with an open mind and without judgment. Creating a supportive space is very important to my work with clients and allows each session to count . I have worked with people from all walks of life and all levels of emotional and mental wellness. Over the last 14 years, most of my sessions included Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavior approaches, however I select the most appropriate clinical approach for each of my clients.
