I am passionate about helping adults who are feeling overwhelmed by the day to day struggles of life. Maybe you are facing a major life transition and can't cope with the anticipation of it (waiting is so hard!). Or perhaps you aren't sleeping well because racing thoughts and "what if's" are destroying any chance of peace.
