I ensure this through respecting your boundaries and remaining non-judgmental in sessions. I have worked in the mental health field since 2009 and became fully licensed as a professional counselor in 2014. I have experience assisting clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, adjustment disorders, pre and post partum mental health, relationship issues, job related stressors, grief, and having difficulty making behavioral changes.
