I provide relief to adults in California experiencing anxiety and overwhelm through a relationally based approach. I use my empathic style to connect to the suffering of my clients and help them move through this to a place of healing. I can help you feel connected to who you are and to the world around you, be present and intentional in the moment, and truly feel one with your mind and body. The best part is you don't even have to leave your place of comfort to access the support you need! My sessions are fully online offering convenience, comfort, privacy & accessibility to my clients.
