We have all been through transitions where our sense of wholeness and balance have been in need of healing. For over 25 years it has been an honor to hold that space for clients as they process life's more challenging issues from abuse, trauma, shame and broken relationships to everyday life stress and self-esteem. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you re-discover your best self. I enjoy working with families, parents, couples and individuals with diverse issues. I welcome the opportunity for our paths to cross! I am excited to announce the expansion of my practice with the addition of many exceptional therapists! I have a special interest in working with trauma and PTSD through various healing methods, including Brainspotting. I enjoy working with parenting issues, especially in the areas of attachment. I also love helping clients find their authentic selves in whatever life transition they may be in.
