I specialize in working with anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and relationship concerns. I work particularly well with clients who struggle with being compassionate towards themselves and need a space to understand and embrace their authentic selves so they can pursue what they truly value in life. I am also able to provide assessments and letters for transgender and gender non-conforming clients who are seeking gender affirming treatments.
