I deeply enjoy helping people to better understand and articulate what is getting in the way of achieving their goals, whatever those goals may be. Some common hurdles are parenting concerns, anxiety, depression, school performance, transitions, college angst, and relationships. I believe that we can use the past to better understand our present. We must, however, focus on the present if we want to make real changes in our lives. To do this, we will discuss what is working for you (we all have strengths) and what is not. I will help you to articulate your goals and the steps that you may choose to take to meet these goals.
