We all strive to be the best version of ourselves physically, and emotionally, but there are often times in our lives where we can't do it alone. Taking the first step towards healing can feel intimidating, but it's also the beginning of a powerful journey. I like to help my clients achieve their goals, no matter how big or small they may be, in an atmosphere of safety, warmth, humor and nonjudgmental support. I want my clients to feel comfortable enough to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a meaningful way. I truly enjoy helping my clients gain the motivation to make the necessary positive changes in their lives.
