Greetings, I wish to assist all my clients in their path of transformation. My sessions provide effective compassionate counseling and therapies to help clients achieve well-being. I include various mind-body and holistic modalities that help foster healing & solutions for a wide range of issues, including ADHD, addictions, anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, & traumas. I have experience working with a variety of client populations, and also offer educational workshops and groups, either in person or online.
