I recognize that taking the first step to seek out professional counseling can be a big one. I work with both individuals and couples to achieve their goals. We work on things like managing anxiety, relationship issues, sex and intimacy, dealing with life's transitions, and increasing coping skills. Many couples come to therapy having difficulty communicating and expressing their needs. With more people working from home and spending time cooped up together it is increasingly important to understand and communicate with your partner. It can be an opportunity to understand each other on deeper more meaningful level.
