Finding healing and restoration in one’s life involves a journey of self-discovery and healthy risk-taking. I seek to help my clients find purpose, wholeness and hope for what lies ahead. Through my personal therapy experiences, I am aware of the power and importance of having a sacred space where one can feel free to share without judgment. I value entering that sacred space with clients and joining with them in the work of moving from a place of pain to one of peace and restoration.
