Hi I’m Jeff and I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Metis Center. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults of diverse backgrounds who are experiencing significant stressors and difficulties in their lives. I utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions based in the tenets of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as other applicable clinical approaches to treat a wide array of symptoms and presenting concerns. I prioritize establishing a trusting, collaborative relationship with patients in order to provide efficient and effective treatment.
