I believe that at any given moment we are all doing the best that we can with what we have within us. Everyone has found themselves in the midst of the struggle at some point, and that struggle may appear the same or differently each time. I enjoy working with a wide variety of concerns such as anxious/depressive symptoms, relationship conflict, trauma, and personality disorders. No one can force a change to happen so there is never a guarantee of services. However, if you are looking for someone to provide safety and support while challenging you to better understand yourself and your roles - this may be a good space for you. View 5 Photos I am open to working with individuals, couples and families. I do have some experience with children, but 14 and up is usually ideal as I am not focused in practicing play therapy. My own experiences and growth have led to an interest in helping with life phases such as the joys and stressors of pregnancy, postpartum, divorce and military transitions.
