I have worked with children, individuals, and families for years in many capacities, from childcare centers to inpatient facilities to community based programs. I have witnessed countless moments of resiliency, vulnerability, and growth. Throughout these moments, I have learned about the healing power of connection. I believe that connecting with others is essential while healing from past and current harmful experiences. These experiences have the potential to leave someone feeling alone and powerless. Yet, being able to connect with others can help these individuals to realize that they are not alone in their experiences. As a therapist, I hope to provide individuals with a safe and nurturing space to feel connected, regulated, and heard. Within this space, I hope to collaboratively work with my clients to discover their innate strengths, resiliency, and ability to achieve their goals.
