We all have challenges and hangups, and sometimes we need help overcoming them and getting on a path to becoming our most authentic selves. I work with teenagers and adults of all ages and backgrounds as well as couples and families. My aim is to help people accomplish their goals through increased self-awareness, insight, support, new skills, and better relationships.
