As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 18 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, interpersonal struggles, and other mental health concerns. Through a cognitive-behavioral approach, I utilize evidence-based techniques to help my clients identify and modify negative thinking patterns and behaviors that may be impacting their quality of life. My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals can feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
