I have over 20 years of experience working with kids from ages 2.5 years old to 19 years old as well as their parents. I take a relaxed fun and direct approach utilizing games and therapy homework to help clients break out of their counter-productive habits. I focus on empowering the client to identify the changes they would like to make and using tools that work for their personality. Tools include, but are not limited to non-violent communication, cognitive behavioral therapy, self-reflection, and play therapy techniques.
