I focus on working with couples and individuals who have relationship difficulties, as well as people with struggles related to past pain/trauma, depression, or anxiety. Often these can culminate in symptoms that seem vague and difficult to define and can look a variety of ways. Any of these can make you feel like life has just become too difficult or painful to process on your own. I also work with couples of all kinds who need help working through issues and couples looking for premarital counseling.
