I am a Licensed Social Worker with several years of therapy experience. In life, we are faced with many challenges, including experiences with anxiety, depression, grief, relationships and life stressors, etc. Finding a safe space to discuss those challenges can be difficult and I help people navigate those moments. My goal is to support you and provide people with tools to navigate life with more clarity. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, relationships and building self-esteem. I use several interventions such as CBT, DBT, Talk Therapy and Solution-based therapy.
