I have been providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, parents and men throughout the Boulder & Denver area's since 1995. My counseling style and therapeutic approach are unique and innovative. By using a less traditional style of therapy, I have been able to connect with and help people and families that have not found conventional therapy productive or beneficial or have found traditional therapy to have not met their needs. I use a strength-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy approach which is designed to treat issues that arise in our individual lives, personal relationships and families. View 5 Photos Therapy can be used to address ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, anxiety, depression, and drug and alcohol issues. Plans can also be developed to address low self esteem or to help individuals struggling with change, transition, or loss. I also mentor clients who are feeling isolated, or who lack clear direction.
