My name is Dr. Jeffrey Levine, a Ct. Licensed Psychologist with over 40 years experience in private practice. No matter who you select to provide therapeutic care, please know that regardless of the treatment modality, all symptoms are the result of memories or experiences, both old and new, that have not healed. Healing means witnessing and attending to the parts of us that have been hurt. Witnessing our painful experiences, grieving what happened and it’s impact, is how we heal or recover and move on in our lives. Talk therapy has limitations. We now know to heal, you have to access where in the brain the memories are stored.
