The work on ourselves is the hardest and most rewarding work we can do and asking for help can be even harder. It requires an intimate level of vulnerability and commitment. Commitment to yourself. I can offer you this space to do the work. I carry a set of skills to assist individuals, couples & families to address a wide range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief; life stage challenges of family conflict, barriers with family blending, positive parenting strategies, pregnancy or infant loss; or just the burn out and moral injury from the day to day demands of balancing the home and work life.
