I provide a safe space where you and I can explore the emotions and experiences that characterize your successes and struggles. We will work collaboratively to explore yourself, identify your needs and work to create the life you want or work through what isn't working for you. Much of my work is with individuals who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma. Every person is unique, and I believe every person demands an approach specifically tailored for them.
