Therapy isn't a one-size fits all approach, so let's work together to prioritize your specific needs. I bring a culturally competent and trauma informed approach to help clients through a variety of stressors, from getting through life changes, navigating intersectional identities, and figuring out what to do with those racing thoughts or feelings of anxiety.
