My ideal client would be someone who has been struggling with unresolved trauma, along with painful experiences related to anxiety and depression. They likely have a goal of freeing themselves of the pain they've been living with, but are either afraid of how to go about it, or of trusting anyone to help them with it. These clients may have tried trusting others with their healing experience in the past, and are now looking for help with finding a safe environment and therapeutic connection to accomplish that goal.
