Jeffry understands the impact that emotional and mental discomfort can have on someone’s life, especially at a young age. Different life events such as transitioning jobs/schools, substance misuse, or the loss of a loved one can be experienced as traumatic events and have lasting impacts. Jeffry believes in implementing a holistic approach to psychotherapy, which encompasses healing various components of each person’s life including but not limited to: aiding in family healing, developing self-worth, working with schools/jobs to help with adjustments, and building various life skills/tools.
