They are the adults transitioning through life, navigating adulthood, parenthood, breakups, intimacy, self worth, family pressures and much more. My clients are brave, genuine, and vulnerable as they show up with the goal of achieving a better understanding and acceptance of their emotions, identity and direction. Anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships with self/others and support exploring emotional vulnerability are common areas of concerns with my clients. They want stability, clarity and peace in a world that demands so much.
