Relationship issues, anxiety, and ADHD are my main passion areas. My ideal client is willing to explore where their life experiences or neurobiology may have shaped the way they see the world, evaluate what they want to keep and what to edit, and take action toward designing their path forward with compassion and intention. For couples work, I have advanced training in the Gottman Method as well as Attachment Core Pattern Therapy. I have also furthered my skillset and education to become an Accelerated Resolution Therapy clinician, to address trauma and many other struggles. ADHD certifications are in the works as well.
