I offer a safe place for exploration and healing. I believe in the power of a strong client/therapist relationship, and I am dedicated to giving you the opportunity to show up, just as you are. I have worked with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, thoughts of suicide, grief, and loss. It can be hard to face these challenges, and hard to reach out.
