Have you been feeling like you need a change in your life, but are not sure how to go about making that happen? As a therapist, the focus of my work includes life transitions, whether it is making a decision about a relationship, considering a career change, or adjusting to parenthood through various phases. Learning methods to make even small changes can lead to positive improvements. In my work with couples, I promote collaboration between them that aligns with their personal values. I also offer pre-marital counseling to support couples in addressing complex issues as they prepare for their shared life together. I offer coaching for individuals to identify their values so they can make intentional life decisions. I provide support to young adults for challenges they face adjusting to relationships, communication difficulties, or career changes. I support clients to increase flexibility, as well as to build skills to manage these anxiety-inducing decisions.
