Are you or your child going through really difficult circumstances? Are you feeling lost on your journey? I have worked with children, teens, and young adults in hospital, school, and foster care settings. I specialize in providing care for school issues, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, as well as through medical experiences/chronic illness. My therapeutic approach prioritizes safety in relationships, understanding the ‘why’ behind behaviors, and helping individuals and families develop new ways to cope and find joy together. I use play, sand tray, movement, nature, art, and other expressive arts to meet folks where they are!
