I work with teens and adults navigating a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am committed to affirming LGBTQ+ identities, honoring diverse lived experiences, and supporting individuals who’ve been impacted by discrimination, marginalization, or systemic injustice. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am kink-affirming. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
