I have extensive experience with grief issues, multi cultural dynamics, artists, challenging transitions and work well with folks from all backgrounds and age groups who are looking to get support, make changes and embrace becoming more authentically themselves. Seeking support can be challenging and daunting, but reaching out for help from a therapist is a wonderful way to begin the process of feeling better and having a more fulfilling life.
