My ideal clients include adults healing from emotionally immature parents, breaking free from people-pleasing and maladaptive coping. I work with those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, including college students facing academic and emotional stress. I also support children (ages 3-17) with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, using play therapy, CBT, and art. I emphasize family involvement, helping parents strengthen communication and support their child’s growth. My clients seek a compassionate, collaborative space to heal and grow. I provide individual therapy for adults and children, as well as family therapy, using a variety of approaches, including play therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, narrative therapy, IFS concepts, and a person-centered approach. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, creating a supportive space that fosters healing, empowerment, and growth.
