Many of my clients are navigating early parenthood—pregnancy, postpartum, fertility struggles, birth trauma, NICU stays, or the daily weight of parenting. They often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or like they’ve lost a part of themselves. Others are noticing that old wounds from childhood or past trauma are showing up in new ways. What they want most is to feel supported and understood, to feel more like themselves again, and to show up in their lives and relationships in a way that feels true. I also work with infants/young children and their caregivers, supporting early relationships through an infant mental health lens.
