About

My approach is holistic and pays attention to a person's unique interests, needs, concerns, and desires, as they navigate complex personal histories, relationships, communities, and institutions. I work best with folks who are self-reflective, curious about underlying issues, and interested in exploring and re-writing unhelpful patterns to reduce psychological distress, increase overall well-being, and bring about meaningful change. I support folks in exploring what their lives and relationships are all about and what they are up to and up against, and we turn to forging better options and outcomes than would otherwise be possible. I work with youth and adults experiencing distress related to burnout, anxiety, grief, trauma, major life transitions, ADHD concerns, LGBTQIA+ issues, relationship difficulties, institutional harm, and sense of self. I work with folks to make meaning, gain footing, and carve out next steps in the face of difficult, even intractable, life experiences.
