I will support you in reducing distress, increasing your capacity for self-regulation, building compassionate self-understanding, navigating yourself in relationship, reducing shame, shifting emotional reactivity, integrating trauma, increasing resilience and crafting a toolbox of effective, adaptive skills and strategies to manage the challenges and problems you are facing.
