Do you want to break free from bad habits, old ways of thinking of yourself, or restrictive fears? It is my life's passion to help my clients overcome the shadows that trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and difficult relationships cast on their lives. I consider it a great honor to help my clients navigate their lives to become their whole, vibrant, uninhibited, healthy selves. I customize my approach, including session duration and frequency, to best meet their needs. I meet with clients virtually, in person, and outdoors.
