Our practice has immediate availability - call or text and we can help! Everyone has a story. As a therapist, I believe the key to helping people is to learn their stories. I strive to create a welcoming and safe space where my clients can make sense of the stories of their lives in a way that leads to more self-connection and satisfying relationships with others. My background includes a 20-year career in healthcare before making the switch to social work. This enables me to hold unique perspectives with how the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of each person are interconnected.
