I help my clients find their way to more authentic and fulfilling lives. Whether it's through improving personal relationships, increasing individual self-awareness, or building upon pre-exisiting resiliency, I assist my clients in finding positive and pragmatic solutions to the relational and sexual difficulties in their lives. I tend to approach my interventions in a collaborative and humanistic way. Empathic support, unconditional acceptance and gentle challenging guide my therapeutic process. I offer support to individuals and couples and aim to enhance each client's insight, resiliency and hope. I offer clients a safe space to explore obstacles that may be keeping them from their overarching life goals. I believe that by increasing understanding of one's self and improving communication skills, clients can find their way to more positive interactions and more satisfying relationships overall.
