As a registered play therapist, I use play techniques, expressive arts, and mind-body activities to help your child learn healthy coping skills. Using play and toys as the child's language, kids can process their feelings and move forward. I also work with adults dealing with overwhelm from parenting stress, anxiety, and depression and can help you learn strategies to reclaim your life.
