As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I specialize in working with teens, individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, life-stress and trauma, using evidence-based approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Gottman method and EFT for couples. I also offer Jungian dream work and art based processing as a former art teacher in Missoula.
