Liminal times are those periods in life where you are not where you were and not yet where you are meant to be. These can be confusing and stressful experiences for people and I find myself very drawn to this work. There are different stages of change in an individual's life and it can be very painful to outgrow things that once brought you joy and a sense of purpose. I have studied the developmental stages in the life cycle from adolescence, young adulthood, the middle years to growing older with grace and dignity. I enjoy working with individuals as they evolve and find a new place in life that brings them meaning and contentment.
