If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed with feelings of guilt and worthlessness, and struggle with perfectionism, you are not alone! Life, relationships, and parenthood can be hard and sometimes we just need someone to hold those feelings with us, walk side by side as we navigate these hardships, without judgement and shame. I specialize working with adults 18+ impacted by post partum, anxiety and depression and OCD and who experienced neglect as children. The adults I work with often try to suppress/distract from their emotions, struggle with feeling of self-worth, and have a hard time trusting others. As a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist I am committed to offer a space that is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and safe to explore feelings of loneliness, shame, sadness and celebrate joy, resiliency and hope. I support clients impacted by relationship OCD and attachment trauma (growing up with emotionally unavailable caregivers).
