I am a psychotherapist who brings empathy, curiosity, and insight to my work helping adults navigate life’s challenges. I have a strong commitment to holistic mental health and trauma-informed care that is personalized to each client’s needs. I believe deeply in the transformative power of the therapeutic process, and offer clients a supportive and non-pathologizing environment to explore, heal, and thrive. I practice with a relational approach that is grounded in psychodynamic theory, and draws from Internal Family Systems, Somatic therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy.
