As a therapist, I’m often asked, “What is your passion?” The answer is simple: my passion is YOU. My ideal client is one who feels stuck, overwhelmed by the weight of life, and burdened by negative core beliefs that make it hard to see their own worth. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, or feelings that they have to carry everything alone. Some may have experienced trauma, instability, or disruptions in relationships and family dynamics—and yet, they still long for healing, connection, and peace. My ideal client is also someone who desires change but isn’t quite sure where to start.
