Hi, I’m Jenn. I’m a relational, attachment-focused therapist, which more or less means that I strongly believe that building a relationship where I earn your trust is the most important part of therapy. This trust also includes taking your perspective given your identities, experiences, and oppressive harm you have experienced. In this relationship we can practice boundary-setting and communication (including rupture and repair) so you can work to translate these skills into your everyday life. I will be honest with you. You will not need to take care of or protect me and you will not need to manage my boundaries.
