My passion is working with those who are looking for ways to alleviate anxiety, stress and seek a deeper connection with self. I utilize music therapy, sound therapy, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and creativity to support the journey of self-discovery, understanding, and self-worth. I specialize in working with kids, teens, and women who need some additional guidance in finding meaning and self-worth.
